JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Professionally answering emails / Facebook messages received from potential / existing customers to take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
• Record and maintain attended queries and related data in system
• Enter customer’s information and maintain customers records accurately
• Follow up customers queries where necessary
• Research required information using available resources for quality work
• Ensuring all stake holders are working as per the process
• Analyzing the business and create leads
• Provide good service throughout life cycle of order and retain the customer by satisfying the customer with attentive, regular and prompt response
• Working on SEO and creating back links for maximum inquiries
• Other process and operational work as per requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 to 4 years of BPO OR Customer Service experience needed
• Fluency in English is a must
• Should have laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection
• Basic knowledge of Australia to attend queries efficiently
• Should have strong will for required learning for job
• Ensuring all stake holders are working as per the process
• Sales skills shall be required to convert potential query to customer
WORK TIMINGS, INCENTIVES AND WORK TRACKING:
• Work timing shall be from 9 AM to 6 PM – Australian or UK time
• Work days shall be from Monday to Friday full day working and 1hour extra on Saturday and Sunday (flexible)
• In addition to salary there shall be yearly lucrative incentives which shall be based converting the leads to sales and customer service
• Work shall be tracked and monitored trough company’s time tracker software
