We log your tracking number and number of tapes received in our CRM and send you the order details via email or a link to our online chat room
We view the tapes and let you know if there are any changes to the quote based on length, blank minutes or taped over sections (first 2 minutes).
At any point in the process, you can chat with the technician allocated to your job
We convert your tapes to USB and let you know once the order is completed. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash on pickup, credit
We post the tapes and USB back to you along with a tracking number or You pick up from a nominated collection point
